Terms of Service.

IMG2NHS ("we", "us", "our") is operated from London, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@img2nhs.com. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and IMG2NHS, governed by the laws of England and Wales.

IMG2NHS is an information and tooling platform that helps internationally trained doctors navigate GMC registration, NHS recruitment, exams, visas and revalidation. We are not a regulator, recruiter, immigration adviser or medical school. Our content is general guidance, not legal, medical, immigration or financial advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under UK law to use IMG2NHS. By creating an account, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your login credentials confidential.

Full Access membership costs £49.99 per year (inclusive of UK VAT where applicable) and renews automatically every 12 months until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

UK consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. By starting to use the platform immediately on purchase, you expressly request that we begin supplying the service during the cancellation period and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to cancel once the service is fully performed. We voluntarily extend a 7-day refund window (see our Refund Policy).

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Account → Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the paid period. We will email you before each renewal.

You agree not to: (a) share your account, (b) scrape, resell or republish our content, (c) upload unlawful, defamatory or infringing material, (d) attempt to access another user's data, or (e) misuse AI features to generate harmful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

You retain ownership of documents, CVs and notes you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the service to you.

All IMG2NHS branding, templates, checklists, copy and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by UK copyright and trade-mark law.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or withdraw features with reasonable notice.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost earnings, or visa, exam or recruitment outcomes.

As a UK consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that the service be supplied with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

You can delete your account from Account → Delete account at any time. We may terminate your account for serious or repeated breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. You may also be able to use an alternative dispute resolution service or the EU/UK online dispute resolution platform.
