1. Who we are
IMG2NHS ("we", "us") provides guidance tools for internationally trained doctors seeking GMC registration and NHS roles. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
2. What we collect
- Your email address when you join our waitlist or save a report.
- Quiz answers about your medical training, exams, and visa status.
- Standard analytics: page views, device type, referrer.
3. How we use your data
- To generate your personalised pathway report.
- To email you product updates and launch notifications.
- To improve our recommendations in aggregate.
4. Lawful basis
We process your data under (a) your consent when you submit a form, and (b) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
5. Retention
We retain quiz responses and email addresses until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.
6. Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to processing. Email privacy@img2nhs.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to named team members on a need-to-know basis.
