Background
Dr Yesh Jitesh works clinically in the NHS and built IMG2NHS after seeing how many international medical graduates lose months to fragmented, out-of-date advice. The platform brings the whole route — eligibility, PLAB, GMC registration, visas, NHS job applications and revalidation — into one place, with the same guidance he gives colleagues in person.
He has supported doctors from India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Egypt and the Philippines through GMC registration and their first NHS post, and runs the 1-1 consultation service on this site personally.
What he reviews on this site
GMC registration and PLAB
Evidence requirements, EPIC verification, ID checks and the realistic timelines behind each stage.
NHS recruitment
Trust grade, SAS and training applications, NHS-format CVs, shortlisting and interview stations.
Immigration
Skilled Worker and Health & Care Worker visas, Certificates of Sponsorship and dependants.
Revalidation and CPD
Appraisal evidence, CPD credits and staying licensed once you are in post.
How our guidance is kept accurate
- Guidance is checked against GMC, UKVI and NHS Employers sources before publishing.
- Each guide carries a "last reviewed" date so you can see how current it is.
- Fees, timelines and pay scales are re-checked whenever the official figures move.
- Nothing here replaces official guidance — always confirm the final detail with the GMC or UKVI before you pay or submit.
