7-day, no-questions refund
If you purchase IMG2NHS Full Access (£19.99 / 12 months) and decide within 7 days of your first payment that it isn't for you, you can request a full refund from your Account page.
No forms, no questions. We process the refund through Stripe immediately and your access ends at that moment.
After 7 days
After day 7, your £19.99 access is non-refundable. Your membership remains active for the full 12 months from the date you paid.
How to request a refund
- Sign in and open Account
- Click Request refund (visible inside the 7-day window)
- The refund lands back on your card within 5–10 working days
1-1 consultation fees
Consultation fees are handled under the separate Consultation Terms. If you cancel 24 hours or more before your session, you receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed calls are not refunded.
