Trust delaying my CoS issuance — is this normal?

Job offer accepted 5 weeks ago but no Certificate of Sponsorship yet. HR keeps saying "soon". Should I worry?

Unfortunately yes, it's common. HR often issues CoS in batches. If it's been more than 4 weeks, politely escalate to the medical staffing officer.
